Cancellation Policy:

I understand that Amy Lee's policy is to require 24 hours notice should I need to cancel or reschedule my visit. If I cancel within 24 hours, I will be charged 50% of the services booked in order to rebook a future appointment.


​Late Arrivals:

I understand that being more than 15 minutes late may result in needing to reschedule or not being able to fulfill the services requested, while still paying for the hourly session booked.


Service Satisfaction Guarantee:

I agree that if I am having challenges at home with my cut or color, I will let Amy know within 7 days of my visit so she can make minor adjustments that align with our original consultation. I understand that due to the artistic nature of hairstyling, Amy does not offer refunds.


​Retail Guarantee:

Should I make a retail purchase I am unsatisfied with, Amy accepts lightly used retail for exchanges at full credit for up 60 days of purchase.


Not Feeling Well:

I understand that if I am not feeling well, whether it's a cough, runny nose, fever or body aches, that I need to reschedule my appointment. I can find the link in my confirmation email and/or text to reschedule my appointment.
